Another party time favourite is our Sri Lankan cutlets. These savoury cutlets are served as an appetizer or as a must have side dish that goes well rice and curry dishes. These party favourites are made by simply rolling the savoury filling into bit size balls, dipped in egg, then breadcrumbed and snap frozen - ready-to-fry.

These part time favourites are sold in Beef, Fish and Chicken variations.

Our savoury Sri Lankan Pan Rolls are always a favourite at parties.  They are our take on the popular Chinese Spring Rolls without the spring-roll wrapper; instead we use a thin crepe like pancake to hold the savoury filling, then breadcrumbed and snap frozen - ready-to-fry.
