How do I get a quote and confirm my order

You can place your order with us by simply calling us on 03 5904 9041.  Alternatively, go to our ‘Contact’ page and fill up the form and we will get in touch with you asap to discuss your order.

Ordering & Booking Tips

As with any boutique catering service it is not unusual for key dates to be booked out months in advance. As soon as you know your date it is highly recommended you place a hold on it immediately to avoid disappointment.

Is there a minimum catering order for all bookings?

Yes, all bookings are subject to a minimum catering order of 30 guests.

How do I make payments?

When we receive your catering order through our contact form, we will confirm receipt and follow up with a phone call to discuss details. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice which includes the banking details. The balance of your payment is required on the day of the set up.

ETF/Bank Transfer:

You can also pay by an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) directly to our bank account. Bank details will be given on our invoice. Please send us an email to notify us of your payment once arranged.

All customers are welcome to pay the balance payment for their booking in cash. If you require a receipt for the balance payment, please email us after your event at info@tastycateres.com.au and we will send you a receipt.


Are you licensed caterer?

Yes! We are licensed caterer and work out of a certified kitchen in Cranbourne in South-East Melbourne. The proper certification of a business is very important, especially with so many home based, unlicensed "caterers" around. We are insured with five-million-dollar commercial liability insurance to cover client, vendors, guests or anyone who is potential affected by our services in a negative way. We have the necessary permits and business licenses too.


Do you provide glassware?

No, we don't, but we provide a list of affiliate partners that we recommend and you are free to get in touch with them for all your rental needs.


How far in advance should I book my event?

As with any boutique catering service it is not unusual for key dates to be booked out months in advance. As soon as you know your date it is highly recommended you place a hold on it immediately to avoid disappointment.


We don't really know how many guest will be at our event.

It is okay to give an approximate number of guests when booking, then provide the final count closer to the date. We do need an accurate estimate five days prior to the event to ensure we can properly cater and staff the function.

PAID DELIVERY ZONE: all other areas outside the free delivery zone will attarcct delivery charges

TASTY CATERERS provides delivery service for order of $25 and over - within a 5 km radius from Cranbourne at $10 per delivery. All other zones beyond the 5km radius will attarct an extra $1.50 per every addtional kilometer.
